Providing additional personal data is voluntary. In case of recruitment referring to the cooperation based on the civil law contracts providing personal data is voluntary but is required to participate in recruitment process. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of the current recruitment process on the basis of the given consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), and if a separate consent was given, also in future recruitments. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time. You have the right to demand access to your personal data, rectify, restrict processing of and erase your personal data (which is equivalent to the resignation from the recruitment process), the right to object against your personal data processing, portability of your personal data and the right to submit a complaint to supervisory authority which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Your personal data can be accessed by or transferred to our authorized staff (employees and co-workers) and service providers supplying us with technical and organizational solutions that enable management of our organization (in particular entities providing IT, marketing and recruitment services).
