Real time status updates

You can see the status of each and every order, from picking and packing all the way to delivery, in real time.

Parcel tracking

As soon as each of your parcels is passed to the courier company, you’ll be sent the unique tracking that lets you see where it is.

Inventory management

You’ll have 24/7 access to your inventory. That means insight into current stock levels, along with regular updates on goods restored to your inventory from customer returns.

Your dedicated Oripack portal allows you to:

Have full control over the execution of orders and returns

How does integration work?

1. Your dedicated onboarding manager works with you to establish your implementation schedule.

2. You send us the documentation we need to connect the systems and then our technicians carry out the integration.

3. We create and run test ordering, to make sure that everything is set up and running exactly as it should.

4. Once your products are delivered to our warehouse, we approve the stock and start the shipment process.
